Dr. Veronique Diriker, CFRE

Veronique Diriker has held leadership positions in the nonprofit and higher education sectors throughout her career.
​
Most recently, she served as the Chief Advancement Officer and Chief Strategy Officer at the Community Foundation of the Eastern Shore, a nonprofit organization that connects people who care to causes that matter for the common good of the Lower Eastern Shore of Maryland. Before that, she served as the Assistant Vice President and Campaign Manager at Morehouse School of Medicine in Atlanta.

She has a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore, where she also served as the Director of Development for 12 years.
She has extensive professional experience in nonprofit management and leadership, university development, nonprofit fundraising, public policy analysis and consulting, event planning, program development, higher education teaching, outcomes assessment and program evaluation, and community outreach.
​
She is also a Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE), which is a credential that demonstrates her commitment to ethical fundraising practices and professional standards.
​
She is married to Memo Diriker and enjoys spending time with her beloved dog, Seamus, and using her love of art as a strategy for encouraging philanthropy.
